Sponsoring & Exhibiting Application Instructions

Thank you for interest in being a sponsor or exhibitor at the 2019 Optimal Aging Conference! Please review the below information regarding our sponsor/exhibitor application process. 


Step 1) Complete the Sponsor & Exhibitor Application Form

To register your organization for your sponsorship, please complete the sponsor/exhibitor application.

Application Form Content:
  • Form submitter (not exhibitor) name/job title, email, and phone
  • Organization name, website, and address
  • Selection of desired sponsorship opportunity or exhibitor type (non-profit/for-profit)
  • Information about your booth (electricity needs, etc)
  • Trivia question for Sunday Evening Sponsor & Exhibitor Reception 
  • Sponsors Only: information for our conference app (250-word company description, contact email/phone, and company logo)
  • Payment for sponsorship/exhibit booth
Important Notes Regarding the Application Form:
  • Login Instructions: This form requires a login and password. If you need to reset your password or retrieve your username, there is a button on the login screen of the form that will allow you to do so. Click here for more login instructions.
  • Payment: We ask, if you are able, to provide payment via credit card in this form. If this is an issue for your organization, please let us know. 
  • Please note, you are not able to save this form once you have started.

Step 2) Register Company Representatives for the Conference 

  • Sponsors Only: Complementary Conference Registrations
    Sponsors receive two all-access, transferable Conference registrations. You will receive your discount code for redeeming these passes after submitting the Exhibitor & Sponsor Application. These passes allow two representatives from your company to attend the full conference, including general sessions, breakout & poster presentations, and networking opportunities. To redeem these registrations, please complete the Conference Registration form. Please note: you will receive a discount code to redeem your complementary conference registrations after completing the Sponsor & Exhibitor Application. 

  • Sponsors & Exhibitors: Exhibitor-Only Registrations
    All Sponsors & Exhibitors receive two complimentary exhibitor-only registrations. These registrations allow company representatives access to the exhibit hall as well as the Sponsor & Exhibitor Rooftop Reception on Sunday evening. We ask that these individuals representing your organization also complete our registration form so that we can have their information as attendees (including optional Monday lunch purchase, emergency contact, etc).

Step 3) Reserve Rooms for Company Representatives (if needed)

If the company representatives will need to stay at the Brown Hotel, please make these reservations by May 11th. Click here to register for rooms at the Brown Hotel. 


Step 4) Arranging Sponsor Benefits (Sponsors Only)

After submitting the Sponsor & Exhibitor Application, our Conference Chair will be in contact with you to secure your sponsor exposure benefits. Our Sponsorship Deck is available here for your reference.
